The top fundraisers win a rooftop party at Maeve’s Tavern, a soon-to-open Irish pub on the Collierville Square.

Maeve’s Tavern is the third location operated by the folks that brought us Celtic Crossing and Bog&Barley, and will breath entirely new life into the spot formerly held by the Highlander Scottish pub. Owner DJ Naylor calls it “a third experience to the Irish dining scene” and it will deliver an experience between the casual, traditional Celtic and the upscale Bog&Barley.

The winning team and their dates will be treated to a celebratory round of shots, free hors d’hoeuvres, a $300 bar tab and some Maeve’s Tavern swag.

It’ll be a truly memorable evening for the biggest fundraisers in the RIBS family.

Everybody on the roster gets a free ticket to the most interesting beer crawl in Memphis. Long-time soccer player and beer aficionado Brian Thompson will drive your crew around to 3 breweries (to be agreed later) where you’ll get the back story and brewing process details on each destination’s beer.

It’s a little history, a little chemistry, and plenty of locally brewed beer. And at the third stop, a perfectly paired dinner will be served. 

Tickets are normally $100, but everyone on the roster rides the “Flagon Wagon” for free, and additional attendees can caravan behind and join the tour for just $25.

For those games that feel like a half-mile walk from the parking lot, everyone on the team will receive one of these insulated rolling coolers you can stack with your ice cold Gatorade or adult beverages.

It’ll comfortably hold more than two 6-packs on ice, and you won’t strain your shoulder getting it to the sidelines.
